My Education & Approach

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist and have been working in the field of mental health since 2013. I have a passion for counseling and enjoy working with people of all ages, helping them navigate through life’s difficult and tough moments.

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma and received a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Southern Nazarene University.

I have completed special training in play therapy, am a certified registered play therapist, and served as board member for the Oklahoma Play Therapy Association 2017-2019.

I fundamentally believe in the importance of inclusive, affirming, and culturally responsive mental health care and believe that all humans are deserving of quality care, safe space, and a supportive environment where they can experience being seen, heard, and valued for who they are while leaning into therapeutic process in hopes of creating fulfilling, balanced, healthy life.
